1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroquinoline(Cas No.:635-46-1) is a reagent used in the synthesis of N-substituted benzoyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolyl-1-carboxamides displaying fungicidal activity.Tetrahydroquinoline is an organic compound that is the semi-hydrogenated derivative of quinoline. It is a colorless oil. The compound has been often examined as a hydrogen-donor solvent in coal liquifaction.Used in the manufacture of anti-malarial medicines, bio- and fungicides, and antibiotics. It also finds usage in production of particular dyes, rubber chemicals, and flavoring agents. Quinoline has been known to act as a catalyst and corrosion inhibitor in lubricants. It can even be used as a solvent for terpenes and resins. Many derivatives in the quinoline family exhibit different properties and find different usages. |
